4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Eligible products may be supplied VAT-exempt to qualifying individuals. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and 0% finance options where available. Card details are never stored on our servers.
5. Order Process & Contract
A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order and take payment. We reserve the right to decline any order, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full. We will pre-authorise your card upon ordering and only charge it once the product is confirmed available for dispatch.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of payment being confirmed. Delivery is free to all UK mainland addresses. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery — please inspect all goods upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours to clearpathmobility@gmail.com.
7. Returns & Refunds

In summary: returns are accepted within 30 days for both defective and non-defective products, return postage is free, no restocking fees apply, and refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason (cooling-off period).
9. Warranties
All products are sold new and come with the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. If a product develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us at clearpathmobility@gmail.com and we will liaise with the supplier on your behalf.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the product(s) in question. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
